A good stay overall
helpful staff buffet value spa facilities cold sauna hot water unhygienic pool
The hotel staff were helpful. The breakfast buffet presented great value for money on my last morning there. The spa facilities offered a relaxing experience.
The sauna was not warm enough. There was no hot water in the shower, near the sauna. I could only use cold water. Many guests went into the pool after sauna without showering, which felt unhygienic

The junior suite had high standards and was spacious. Restaurant food was good for both lunch and dinner. Housekeeping was thorough throughout the premises. I found the gym acceptable for basic workouts
Hallway sound isolation was poor so I could easily hear people passing by

A Generally Good Stay

The breakfast had a large selection. I particularly enjoyed the fresh churros with warm chocolate sauce. The hotel is close to the train station. This made getting to and from the airport easy. The hotel location is also a short walk to the city center.
The pool was not warm enough. This made it hard to enjoy. The steam room showed mold. It also lacked a hose to clean the seat. Some reception staff were not cute, and language issues created problems.

Excellent city stay!
spacious room modern design ergonomic chair
I stayed in a spacious double room with a modern design. The room included a large window offering a view of the surrounding area. A small desk and ergonomic chair allowed for comfortable workspace. The air conditioning system worked efficiently, maintaining a pleasant temperature throughout my stay.
The gym was somewhat small, and it only featured limited equipment. It became crowded during peak hours.

Disappointing Spa and Uncomfortable Room Conditions
cold sauna stained glasses
The location was acceptable, putting the hotel within reasonable distance of key attractions.
My experience was pretty frustrating. The sauna was far too cold. I really expected better given the hotel's price point. the room felt quite stuffy, and I found some glasses with old stains, made me question the overall cleanliness.

The breakfast buffet was acceptable. It offered a decent selection of items.
The advertised outdoor pool was supposedly heated, but it felt quite cold. This was disappointing since I wanted to enjoy a swim. The steam room was moldy and lacked a hose for cleaning the seat, a bit off-putting.
