The hotel staff were helpful. The breakfast buffet presented great value for money on my last morning there. The spa facilities offered a relaxing experience.
The sauna was not warm enough. There was no hot water in the shower, near the sauna. I could only use cold water. Many guests went into the pool after sauna without showering, which felt unhygienic

The breakfast had a large selection. I particularly enjoyed the fresh churros with warm chocolate sauce. The hotel is close to the train station. This made getting to and from the airport easy. The hotel location is also a short walk to the city center.
The pool was not warm enough. This made it hard to enjoy. The steam room showed mold. It also lacked a hose to clean the seat. Some reception staff were not cute, and language issues created problems.

My experience was pretty frustrating. The sauna was far too cold. I really expected better given the hotel's price point. the room felt quite stuffy, and I found some glasses with old stains, made me question the overall cleanliness.
